Elmvale Acres is a residential neighbourhood in the west end of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. It was constructed in the 1950s, primarily of bungalows and some larger homes. Most dwellings were built between 1950 and 1960, with a few as early as 1946 and one as late as 1961. Most were made by developers who purchased lots from a local farmer who sold off all but his house on Hamilton Road (the street beside the park). Private driveways lead to garages at the rear of the lot; no front yards are available for parking. Elmvale Acres houses for sale listings will be your ultimate guide for your home hunt.
